Colour (Colour Therapy or Chromotherapy) is one of the highest in the hierarchy of healing and like sound, is easy to use and implement into our daily lives. Colour, as with everything in the universe, vibrates at it's own (varying) frequencies – It's energy is 'alive' and in constant flux as it harmonises or creates discord with all other living things. All systems, organs, tissues and cells are comprised of vibrating atoms from microscopic plankton on earth to every star in every solar system. We all absorb and emit colour (light), all of the time. You could miss a potential rainbow of opportunity if you underestimate the power of colour to transform. This blog series is a basic introduction to the attributes most commonly associated with the colours: Red | Orange | Yellow | Green | PINK | Blue | Indigo
| Violet | Enjoy!
Calming of emotions | Pacifies aggression | Gently balances addictions | Connects to the Anahata also know as the Heart Chakra | Brings light to life | Wavelength: Pink lies between the red and violet wavelengths and frequencies
Associated with Universal Love | Unconditional love and compassion | Nurture | Innocence | Feminine nature | Tenderness | Refreshment | Possessiveness | Material Issues
Pink in balance: Balanced in heart and mind, loves without limits, connected to nature and sees the beauty in all things with empathy in bucket loads
Pink out of balance: Feelings of jelousy, fear of being rejected, loves with restrictions and conditions (controlling), martyrdom and feels unworthy of love from others

Crystals to calm: Rhodonite
REMEMBER – TIP FOR USING PINK: "Immerse yourself in this colour to feel tickled pink and gentle love from the heart."
